Ralph Nader and a weenie recipe for Chuckles (843 Views)

"I've never once gotten a home boiled weenie to taste anything near one from
the concession stand though..."

Keeping in mind that Ralph Nader once called the hot dog "the most dangerous
missile known to man", I offer for you Chuckles the following recipe for home
boiled weenies:

1) Slit your weenie with a knife.

2) Bring the water to a boil, placing the weenie in the water only after said
water comes to a boil.

3) After about 2 minutes, the weenie should begin to split. Turn the flame
off, but leave the weenie in the water and cover the pot. Let the weenie sit
in said water for another 2-3 minutes. This will give your weenie the "dirty
water dog" taste that New Yorkers have come to love. A good bun and some quality
condiments complete the preparations.

Martha Stewart must be quaking in her boots...
