A judge has tossed the flimsy case against Braulio Baeza. A decent hard working guy that clearly did not conspire in any way to allow intentional over-weights.

Who will restore his position and reputation? Hopefully the Governor of New York recognizes his mistake and acts to correct it. (In case Barry is reading, this is another classic Conflict of Interests. Barry, how does a man that charged a legend with a crime then address the propriety of his actions in having done so, while in a new executive capacity to put right manifest wrongs?)

I'm sure Baeza lost tens of thousands in paying his attorney to clear him.
