What race was she about to run in in early July when multiple reports came out of Belmont Park that she came off the track lame that morning?

It doesn't get reported on DRF's page 1 when most press people wouldn't know a lame horse if it had a sign hanging around its neck which says, "LAME HORSE". It also doesn't get reported on DRF's page 1 when the reporter questions Pletcher and Pletcher says she has a fever.
Way too coincidental for me, when multiple people report her lame and then the very next morning Pletcher says she can't go out to the track because she has a fever. That's enough right there to say the reports were true, but then soon after when she goes out to work, her exercise rider (and it wasn't Angel) pulled her up because she felt off.
