Unbridled Belle was a tough call. a ton of talent, but I wasn't sure she could do it over the more demanding NY surface. she was much the best here though with the trouble in the race. I didn't like the Frankel filly stretching out a bit at low odds on three weeks rest. MS needs a rest as well.

I though $6.20 was fair on Curlin. the 5-1 and 11-1 money on PF and SK respectively was most definitely going to either us or the LR fans. Curlin has some heart.

and I agree SC, the BC is looking to be a great event. the preps of the top contenders all went well, but not too well. a lot of questions still remain.
