To be fair to Mr. Sherman, many (most?) of the main trainers (so-called super-trainers or move-up trainers) in Southern California go through a similar revolving door with the detention barn situation -- they're in -- they're out -- new test results come in -- they're in again -- some tracks report that information in their programs sometimes, and sometimes not. He's by no means the only one! To answer your original question: He's recently established himself firmly in Southern California after much success up North; he is doing very well. One of his best moves is first time starters though for some reason they seldom get bet? I've never met him and don't wish him any harm; I'm not meaning to imply anything negative one way or the other. It's just information I share. I'm sure he loves his kids like everybody else!
