Off the top of my head, I can name 3 owners who have raced horses with Biancone
in recent years-- The Tabor gang, West Point Thoroughbreds (Terry Finley), and
Flying Zee Stables (Carl Lizza).

I'd like to address Messrs. Lizza and Finley. If you leave horses in the care
of Mr. Biancone or one of his assistants, you are enabling the continuance of
a sport/ business which currently operates under the cloud of illegal drug use
and performance enhancing methods which are in the grey areas of legality.

I'd like to address Racing Offices in the major racing venues: When and if Mr.
Biancone is reinstated, make him re-apply for his trainer's license. Make
certain he is fully aware of the content and gravity of rules governing
medication of the performance equine. Biancone's stall allocation should
reflect the fact that he has now had a lifetime ban in Hong Kong and a 2-1/2
year suspension in the US. Give him 5 additional stalls for each meet that he
operates a drug free operation. How about setting a precedent by imposing a
penalty which is actually penal in nature?

I'd like to address Mr. Biancone. Whether you believe in your heart that you
are guilty or not, you owe Racing and racing fans some words of contrition for
casting a shadow on a sport/business whose credibility is constantly
questioned. This is a sport/business which has supported your family for 3
generations.
