I didn't do figures because there wasn't enough information available to make figures with confidence-- I don't guess. The race in question was loaded with first time starters and second outs, it was the last race of the day (which often has a different variant), the previous race was 2 turns, the track was changing speed earlier-- and if you used the variant for the previous sprint, the ones who had already run would get huge jump-ups, so there was no figure base to tie it to, and no race following to check it against. Not only would a guess have misled you, but it would have misled me when I did future days using the figures horses in that race ran as a base.
