Even with the wind directly behind the runners or in their faces on the straightaways, the answer would depend on the configuration of the individual track-- it depends on the difference between the distances they are traveling on each straightaway, and stretch distance and turn size vary track to track. And no, I'm not going to give you our wind formula.
