Both because we want to make money and because a lot of players at that site want full sheets. We do the book mostly at places where there is live racing going on, putting the other tracks in one book, to save printing and shipping costs, and to boost sales for those tracks. I will point out that not only do we give multiple set discounts, but that there are very few companies that have not raised their prices in over a decade.
