My understanding is that all but 2 were hand selected by Weil, which is why it wasn't surprising to learn that he supposedly received $30 million in comp over the last 10 yrs & therefore didn't need any extra "bonuses", as you put it. Moreover, in public pronouncements and conf calls Weil & the Pres of Autotote have not demonstrated a sufficient level of knowledge of how the co they were supposed to be managing worked to pull off anything.

More and more, it looks like Weil and Autotote might skate on this, which would be a real "human tragedy", one of the talking points for the ridiculous spin offered by Autotote's pr outfit.
