thanx for the xmas wish. as an interested fan and bettor, i hope your wish comes true. does anybody know anything about the latest hold-up with the ny district attorney's statement and the us magistrates ruling?

i think its an outrage and further deepens the doubt about the integrity/ justice of our beloved sport.
