Whats wrong with Mayne?? He has been a fan for a long time and is a knowledgable host. He doesn't take himself too seriously and obviously enjoys the game. I wouldn't put him in the same class as the excellent Tom Hammond but Kenny is alright with me. As far as useless commentators, who's lawn is Battaglia mowing? The only thing worse than his lame post race interviews is listening to one of his race calls. And as far as handicapping, which is what they tout him as, he is terrible. I'll take Goldberg, Neumeyer, and Moss every time.

As far as Dickie V owning a horse, racing can use all the exposure it can muster. Good luck DV!!
