Well, now u've got three consecutive big efforts by my reckoning. Although, this last looked like a cake walk. So he's got three weeks to recuperate with a question about how much he put out.
My record in the Belmont has been spotty recently, but you dance with who brung ya and for the second straight year I'm not gonna try and beat the Derby winner. I really like this horse, have for some time, although his fair odds days are over now. At least til he hits the form skids.
I really think the racing form aughta hire some guys that have knowledge about horses, Beyer and Crist are complete embarrassments. Maybe its as easy as taking a position against the favorite. Is that handicapping?
