The few problems that have been reported to us are due to the same issue. You have to un-install any previous version of Acrobat before installing the new one.
To be safe
1) Un-install the old version
2) Reboot your machine
3) Re-install the new version
After that, you shouldn't have any problems. In case you do, please call the office and someone can walk you through any problems.
