Come on Len, knock it off. (655 Views)

Friedman posted on the Rag site recently about their horsemen "customers", mentioning Frankel, whose runners earned $20 million last year, and some jocks who earned in the same ballpark. Just for the record, as far as I can find out, these "customers" are paying a whopping $200 a month for unlimited access to information, a tiny fraction of what we charge, because we try to restrict the flow of information. In fact, since it can safely be assumed these "customers" also use the DRF, let me point out that 100 inquiries a month for p.p. cuts from the DRF would cost them MORE than they are paying Ragozin.

Basically, the Ragozin operation deals with horsemen as providers of bulk data at wholesale prices (their total revenue from this source is not significant), in an effort to establish some credibility on that front. They have no real record of success in the consulting end of the busines, let alone one that can match ours.

And yes, I know some will say I should have just ignored this. I'm responding for the same reason Len posted-- new people are coming to these sites every day.
