1-- Re Wolfson: He told us he used TG, and all he got out of the "endorsement" was some sheets, which would kind of indicate he actually does use them, or it wouldn't have been a very good deal for him. Your attempt to make it look like we are pulling something is not only sleazy, but has a certain desperate quality. SOMEONE has an ethics problem, all right.

2-- FYI, of the FIFTEEN on line TG customers who made the finals of the handicapping contest and got the e-mail, EVERY ONE has PAID for data. One guy only bought one set 5 years ago, but took advantage of our free week to download two years in a row. Unless your "customer's" name has a letter in it worth a lot in scrabble, he paid for data more than once. If it is someone else and YOU want to out him (I won't), I'll tell you the last time he bought data and what he bought.


3-- The post you thought was mine was not, and even your guys see this play of yours for what it is. I mean, how low an opinion do you have of your "customers"? The only way we got the e-mail addresses was because they had accounts with us (we matched up our list with the contest finalists), so obviously we knew they had used our data when we sent the e-mail, and since all they are getting out of it is TG for the finals, on the face of it, IF THEY (OR WE) SAY THEY USED IT IN THE CONTEST IT WILL BE THE TRUTH. RIGHT?

No false claim on our part, old friend, and everyone knows it. Look at yourself in the mirror.
