Pretty good overview. I would note that OOCT is how they got Godolphin in England, and that the state that has pulled more samples than all the others combined (California, acording to the article) is the most drug-free major racing jurisdiction. Also interesting that "the brunt" of the Ky samples were taken from BC and Derby horses.

All this has to be done with transparency (publishing test results), and freezing and re-testing of samples. There's a very long way to go.
