U K TRICK... (1091 Views)

I wish Jerry Brown's U K TRICK, who finished a game
hard-rallying second in the Rare Treat Handicap at
Aqueduct on Monday, had some early speed. The winner,
AUSTIN'S MOM, certainly ran well, but saved every inch
of ground and showed an important tactical edge. Why
was U K TRICK dismissed at 11-1? Did her high odds
reflect one of those speed figure discrepancies between
sheet camps as to just how fast U K TRICK's last race was?
[It's worth noting that her last race Beyer was lowish too.]
When one sheets camp says "Zig" when the other says
"Zag," I've learned to cherish those situations.
