DQ and Placing (727 Views)

A couple a weeks ago I ranted about a race at Saratoga in which the winner should have been DQ'd. Yesterday in the 5th at Arlington I benefitted from the DQ of #4 That's a Kitten. If you watch the replay the #4 came out 3 paths out of the turn and made minimal contact with #5 who was placed 2nd after the DQ. I've seen much worst stand in NY. Although I benefitted I'm not sure which is worse, letting them go, or strict enforcement.
