Frank,

Most powerful guy left up there on the racing side is Assemblyman Gary Petlow, he's ok,tries to protect the game.Not sure he has any real juice though.

Worry King Andrew(no show AGAIN at TC Belmont)is going to leave NY racing to Clueless Kay and his bean counters as he courts his new cash cows, Casinos.
