Well I got up early to check T-Graphs red board room on a couple horses. One I bet, one I didn't.
The one I didn't is the interesting horse to me. I've never seen anything like this. Its lifestyle. This horse sold per T-graph Sheets for 100K as a weanling which would have been 2001. Then he sold as a yearling for 1,100K per T-sheets, that would be 2002. The sale listed on the past performances I have appears to be a Barretts Equine sale in March of 2004 for 300K. I thought that was a 2yr old in training sale, but they must have let some horses of racing age go through the ring.
The odd thing of course is the price. Either he was a Buyback RNA, or there was fire sale or someone's got the info wrong. He is just racing at four, so its possible it was a fire sale.
This is the horse Jerry was quizzical about on being ouchy and I was with him on that. But he won laughing, so I dont know whats going on. I suppose I can check the sales. I'm assuming the T-Sheets sales indicated are probably Fasig Tipton.
