If you can handicap races as good as you handicap the weather, you should have a very good today. I don't know if the slop at Big Sandy is unusual enough to slow Smarty down. I'm reading that there is an 80% chance of light rain, but see no details regarding when it is supposed to arrive. What's the latest detailed forcast?
