Many people would know more about this than I do, but I don't think they can jam your 4G or 5G usage with your iPad. I had no problem this winter at Gulfstream using my iPad with NYRABets and TwinSpires, though there were days when I wish I had. At a local harness track where I went recently for a handicapping contest, they blocked sites on their WiFi hookup, but I got on through the ozone or wherever that 4G signal originates.
