There was a shift during the AP card, but there was not enough wind to be a significant factor. The track was getting faster, however, and it was a nice break for me that there was another one turn dirt race with older horses between those two races to work with-- it made things clear. The Belmont card was much tougher-- there was a lot going on, between water in the track (listed good 1-3), different maintenance early than later, no water added until late in the card. I had the track speed moving around quite a bit, and took off from the 2yo colt race, but this is definitely one I'm going to be reviewing down the road.
