He's simply talking about horse racing....on a horse racing forum..... he never said or implied those other items you mentioned.
You took this way out to left field with the social commentary.
Yes, cheating has gone on in everything forever.
He's saying horse racing is at its zenith with regards to cheating.
You don't think it is??
