It is now officially banned in the District of Columbia, Cleveland, and even Cape Girardeau, Missouri (one of shanahan's alma maters I believe where "indians" are now "Red Hawks").

It is still a valid quip in Kansas City, Hotlanta and Tallahassee.

Gotta believe if it is a split decision here in Missouri, it is probably a "No Go" in your part of the world!!!

On a side note, many years ago, I read a book about Big East Basketball that many that read here (but no longer post but still read I know from texts I receive) will recall. I think if memory serves that it explained that the Redmen and the Orangemen were both named as such based on the majority of the players wearing that color at their first practices for football(?) in the 1920s?? I might have that all wrong as it was at least 25-30 years ago I read that book.
