Tejano Twist ran wide the last 3 furlongs on a day the rail was golden at Oaklawn even more so a few races later? The whole world knows it. He is best. He should win. But will be beyond a short price.
This is Gambling on racing today. Horse would be about 2-1 legitimately 15 years ago. Not tomorrow. Even money to 6-5 seems where he ends up and if there is a scr, he will go lower.
Asmussen alternative always a consideration at Oaklawn and no problem with playing Jaxson Traveler but feels like a horse being geared up for a run in the Chick Lang at Pimlico on Preakness weekend but likely a few steps slower than the top one at their best.
