As an old Harness Racing Guy, the guy indicted with the Uvari team, Rene Poulin, has been involved in 2 previous racing scandals and has lost his licence at least twice. This guys has been a notorious fixer/"Shaker" back in the early 80's in harness racing. He was part of the scandal that cost Herve Filion et al...Anyway, seems like even when they are suspended they keep coming back for more.
