Thanks for the link to the DRF NYRA article , I followed a link to the Blood Horse story last week and along with Jerry's encouragement to do so , wrote in response , "e-mail" Letters to the Editor in both instances ( I couldn't find my jacket to leave the apartment ) . I'm presently getting a vast majority of my racing news and information from the T G site thanks to J B and Everyone out there posting with good information . Though news story's are encouaging , I don't really see right now where the whole thing is going and feel that some type of Equine watchdog group like U P F needs to be involved ( at all level's ) in the oversite of new policies & procedures department to provide Quality Assurence and evaluate the new programs etc .
