This will be a great test of the
Baffert Triple Crown program. I
have watched Sort in all of his
Inner Tube races, and Baffert
and the McNair's opinion means more
than mine, BUT

1)3 of his 4 wins have been
on the quirky inner course;

2)He benefitted from a perfect ride/
trip in his last;

3)The horse who had dead aim on him
in the Whirlaway, Naughty New
Yorker, has shown a lack of guts in
the lane in his last 2. A younger
more cynical Richiebee would make
a Samyn comment here.

I know Sort's Beyer was 95. What about
his TG?

I am curious to see what BB can do
with this animal. I have always con-
sidered Iwinski to be what you
guys call a move-up trainer. Very
interesting.
