I just read a little bit more about the Milkshake testing in California. I can't believe its as undisciplined as it is. The CHRB just doesn't seem sufficiently independant to address the cheating in the game. You can't rely upon the people in the State regulatory part of the industry to police their family in the horseman part of it. I shouldn't say it, but its as corrupt as the Dubya administration.

All appeals/letters would seen to need to go beyond Fermin and certainly be cc'd to the Governor.
