I agree 100%. It's unbelievable that Fermin is the sister-in-law of Headley and they allow her to be the chief. Also, the guy who administer the test for milkshakes is the vet for at least half dozen trainers. Now, Mullins is an idiot but there are serious conflict of interest here and this is not going to help the game at all. I know for a fact that Headley was very upset the day mullins claimed Choctaw Nation not after all of his success and with Ingrid in charge of testing what better way to get even.
Also, it doesn't seem to be random with Mandella's vet incharge of the testing. What happens if Mandella's horse comes up positive. These results are not open to the public so they can just cover this up. I am not saying that Mandella is cheating or anyone else but you will never know with this conflict of interest.
