CTC,

Given the typical King's Bishop field, I wouldn't be totally shocked if there's someone entered in there that is quicker than LITF, let alone BR. However, I don't see any evidence that BR doesn't have enough speed to sit just off the pace and close. Many speed routers show the ability to rate a bit in sprints and still close.

I think it will make for an interesting race.

On the plus side, I think you can make a very good case that BR is a much better horse (at least off the Wood). Personlly, I didn't think his Derby was too shabby either despite the disappointing finish (very rough trip). On the flip side, that's a really tough spot to come back off a layoff.

If you have an opinion, the race is now bettable.
