Mo, if you think about ANY state allowing him to race, you have to wonder what the hell they could be thinking? Admittedly it's an over-dramatization, but how crazy would it be for Nebraska to welcome Dennis Rader(the BTK serial killer)because he was only known to have killed in Kansas? Should Missouri recognize his "Compliance Officer" status and perhaps put him in charge of a girls school?
Well, in horseracing, the serial juicer will continue to grow in stature, will undoubtedly go in the Hall of Fame, and will get glowing headline after headline in our honorable racing press. Maybe Stronach will even hire him as trainer for his personal stable...(and they'll both get favorable press).

Yet, when someone is caught, with what IS detectable, an example can be made. We can do what we can do. For the others, freezing samples(discussed in earlier threads) offers some deterrent potential. raz
