They definitely didn't serve the complaint without my knowledge. I was surprised at the speed at which it was served, and I regretted some of the flowery wording-- I read it beforehand, and didn't really pay attention to some of the descriptions that were just a setting of the stage for someone who knew nothing about the industry, not the important recitation of the facts that were directly relevant.
