I am not defending NYRA at all here but when "Leroy" was entered on Wed there was never any intention of him running in the aluminum pads it was only on friday when when the "Aluminum Pads" were taken off and Regular shoes put back on that it was discovered that Leroy could not Walk thats when the Aluminum Pads were put back on and the descision to run in them was made.


Funny thing (not so funny now) I knew this and never used Leroy in a Pic 3 or Pic 4 ticket and still missed them all.
