SC-- I think they would have to prove something was used in individual cases before they would act in any way, as they do now by redistributing the purse money. Personally, I would love to see them give my clients purse money for every time we've been beaten by a horse getting help (whether illegal or something that should be). Pretty sure we would get second money in the BC Classic.
