Raz (of course) and Chem--

SOMEBODY is spinning, all right. Ask your buddies how much they made betting, and post the answer. Then we'll have a conversation. Their lawyer said yesterday, in response to a question from the court, that the amount was very small. Hence my reluctance to spend far more than that to chase them.

As for the settlement with the other guy-- he finally agreed to give us the same affidavit and agreement to pay that we had been demanding right along, but had to sue him to get.

You should know better than to read filings that just represent one side of a house (whoops, I meant case), and think they tell the whole story. Presenting clients cases in the most rosy terms is what lawyers do for a living.

Hmmm... wonder what Chem's real name is...
