Yes, OPM knows the principals-- HE IS ONE. He's a partner in the betting venture with the guys I brought suit against. A point he and those guys have somehow neglected to mention, although they tried to use selected excerpts of an e-mail exchange he had with me against me in their sanctions motion.

But he also knows the PRINCIPLES. In one of the e-mails he sent me, talking about the behavior of his partners, he said "I KNOW IT'S UNFAIR TO YOU", which somehow his partner's lawyers forgot to put into their motion. He went on to try to convince me that despite that, it wouldn't be worth my while as a practical matter to pursue things, which turned out to be correct, at least for now, since they have made virtually nothing betting. Which is why we withrew the suit.
