ctc - i can't really say about the 9 poles but imo scat daddy's last two numbers and overall pattern are a good example of how big numbers run "early season" as a 2 yo can hurt horses , i wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't make the Derby .

nobiz like showbiz has never developed past his debut effort , he looks like a bounce horse in the fountain of youth the way i read his pattern - even though he's been freshend , he bore in last time when running his fourth #2 instead of running a new a top or an off race .

adore the gold's 1 1/4 bounce last time wasn't bad considering it followed a big number but a "late 2 yo season" big number , i feel he could run a top now and appears to have the breeding and sire profile tgi to handle distance's .

my big prediction this weekend is - no west coast 3 yo wins a single triple crown race in 2007 ...
