The major fig makers all use projection, it's inexact but they are the best available.It is also notworthy that fig makers do not include the race shape or track bias(when present) in which a fig was earned.


I think Mark Hopkins shows good common sense for having the second look and adjusting the fig. They all struggle from time to time with a race or a card and make a best effort.
