Vicks and robitussin

Bronchodialators is my guess.

There will always be those that cheat and while doing so consider themselves "horsemen".

In Florida Frank Passero use to come down from Canada and "train" lights out at Gulfstream. They caught his help rubbing pepper ointment on the genitals of his entries pre race. He faded off into the sunset and Sneeky Peek stepped into his shoes and is on a training title run there.

Of course, Passero had the best horses and best help though.
