However: intuition and going with your "gut" comes from something doesn't it? We feel as if it doesn't, but your experience, information, tools (i.e., speed figures) all combine quickly into one thought: that we feel is our gut. Though really its the left and right side of the brain working together and spitting out an answer we "feel" good about.

Its why thank goodness we get smarter with age. Not sure if we become better handicappers with age, do we?
