That oh so familiar sound to racing fans... the hand of racing authorities
slapping ever so gently the wrist of trainer found to have violated racing's
rules...the sound of the broom quietly sweeping the problem under the rug.

Goes to show how serious Racing really is about the problem. Leads one to
believe that the racing powers that be feel that the designer drug problem is
very widespread and that PB's biggest offense was allowing himself to get
caught.

In his box seat at Purgatory Park, Doc Harthill is smirking
