Very Mixed Results on my theory.

The MSW went in the same MSW raw time
The NW1X went in the same NW1X raw time.

A 24-1 and 10-1 from the those previous FOY day races won those races. The horses I anticipated running well both finished 3rd in slower time. I believe the track is a bit slower today so the winners may have just jumped up some.

Looking at races other than 2/14 is not helping dont bother.

Bottom line. The evidence (at this time) doesnt appear to equate to the two turns getting faster on FOY day. So RTF's number is cautiously regarded to be big.

I went with Value Plus. If you don't think RTF is ready for his best race the question is who do you take. All my manipulations tend to indicate the track was fair FOY day so I took Value. I think Frisky is gonna have the lead early, but I'm hopeful Value will rate enough to take him when he tires. I hope he tires...enough for third...lol I do have RTF on top of a cupple bombers
