Interesting, indirectly making the track financially responsible for allowing criminals to corrupt parimutuel pools.
Michael Beychock formerly a regular TG poster was an interesting contributor before turning his hand to the promotion of wagering syndicates associated with CDI. Which may be a case of a dog biting the hand that promotes it?
Seemingly, if successful, the precedent would make PED crimes the big deal that most don't realize they are. It isn't a victimless crime it is grand larceny for starters. I like RICO because the suspected crime was, IMO most likely, not I repeat not, the act of one individual.
