Arrogance + Ridiculous Excuses + Messing With Not Only the KY Derby but also the KY Oaks the Year Before + History of Positives = 2 year ban in Kentucky.
California will do nothing per usual. Belinda Stronach is a wild card though.
Florida -- same comment as California.
New York may be tough like Kentucky.
The only way to clean up the sport is to throw the book at these guys. Baseball successfully did it. The Hall of Fame voting in horse racing should be similar to baseball. Why do horse trainers get elected in their 40's with many having 25-30 years left as active trainers? Baseball requires players to be retired for 5 years before voting.
