I lurked to that board and saw this,

The changing track speed and the amount of water they put on the track, or lack of water, directly relates to the speed of the track.

Do figure makers really discard changing track conditions?

So are they implying that if the track starts out fast, and after the third race , 3 inches of rain fell, that the speed of the track remains the same?
