I visited a a breeding operation while in Saratoga this summer.
Never mind the sires and that end of the over breeding.
Mares drop a foal and two week later are right back in foal.
Now I’m no scientist but a part of me thinks the incubator needs a little more time to recoup before they go back into foal.
Breeding industry i has a large part in ruining the sport and even more the animal.
