Love him or hate him, I think Repole has the right take on the announcement by 1/ST. He tweeted this a few days ago:
"The only message I heard yesterday from 1/ST is that their racetrack (Gulfstream Park) and their land is for sale and the industry has three years to find a buyer if you want to keep it a racetrack.
